Westchester Symphonic Winds spring concert features USAF Band, USAF Band, TSgt (Ret.) Dr. Joseph M. Bello, conducting Rest by Frank Ticheli, and guest soloist Matt Podd, performing classic works for accordion, including Oblivion by Astor Piazzolla and Tico Tico by Zequinha de Abreu.
